Fall is almost here! It is time for cider and donuts, apple orchards and “TRUNK (actually table)-or-TREAT! Last year was our inaugural event and thanks to all of you that participated, it was spooktacularly successful! We will be hosting this community event again this year on Sunday, October 27 from 4:00 – 5:00 pm. Because we never know what Mother Nature will bring, we will be hosting the event in the Christian Life Center (which was well received by many parents last year.) So, instead of decorating the trunk of your vehicle, you will be decorating a table and space around the table.
Sunday, October 27 from 4:00 – 5:00 pm
To host a table, please sign-up here.
- Decorate your “Trunk” (actually a table) – Please DO NOT decorate or dress up in anything scary. No scary masks, no weapons, no gore. If you google or Pinterest “Trunk or Treat” you will see many decorating examples from simple to extravagant.
- Dress up in a costume
- Plan a game (optional)
- Bring candy to pass out for at least 200 kids (NO NUTS, please make sure candy is peanut-free.)
- Set-up 2:30-3:30 pm
- Event 4:00-5:00 pm
- Prizes for “Best Dressed Trunk” & “Costume” will be awarded
