We offer a variety of Health and Wellness classes and activities in the Christian Life Center (CLC.) You don’t have to be a church member to attend classes or use the building, so please invite your friends and neighbors. CLC
Safety is important to us. On your first visit, you will be asked to complete a registration form with emergency contact information.
In addition, it is closed the week of VBS and the first full week of August.

Our indoor walking track is for adults of all ages and physical abilities. Open whenever the Christian Life Center (CLC) is open to the public, the walking track offers a safe, climate-controlled place to walk all year round. It is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs or elevator. Come alone or bring a friend to walk and talk.
We offer a variety of fitness classes taught by professional, certified fitness instructors. Most classes are drop-in, meaning you can come when you are able and pay only for those classes you attend.
