Be active now in this total body conditioning class. Build strength, endurance, and flexibility. This is a one-hour class consisting of low-impact cardio and strengthening exercises for the upper and lower body with stretching to promote a feeling of wellness and happiness. Bring your own floor mat and water.

$10/class (Drop in and pay is OK)

Each participant will need to complete a CLC registration & liability release. When they arrive they’ll use the last four digits of their telephone number to sign in at the check-in stations.
