Summer Mission Trip for 3rd, 4th and 5th Graders

All 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade students are invited to participate in a summer mission trip July 14-18, 2019. Register to participate before 6/23/2019

The experience will begin Sunday, July 14 where students and their families will attend worship and lunch and then head to Brightmoor for a family mission experience.

Monday students and parent volunteers will serve at the SOS food pantry, enjoy a picnic lunch at Beverly Park and then return to the church to prepare sack lunches to serve at Noah Project on Tuesday.

After serving lunch at Noah on Tuesday, the participants and parent volunteers will enjoy the Pink Flamingo Food Truck Experience and a walking tour of Corktown.

Wednesday will be a full day of fun at the Summer in the City Day Camp in Downtown Detroit. After a pizza lunch, we will return to the Church by 3 p.m.

Thursday we will return to the Summer in the City Day Camp and finish our week experience with a bagged lunch, ice cream and carousel ride on the Detroit Riverfront.

Please consider being a parent chaperone. We require 4-9 chaperones and drivers each day.
