Singers and Conductors from around Metropolitan Detroit join together each year for a day of great music making while exploring the music of a leading composer. This year’s festival will feature the compositions of Tom Trenney. No stranger to this area, Tom is well known as an organist, conductor, and teacher. His organ improvisations and hymn sings have delighted many listeners in our community. Now we have the opportunity to explore another avenue of Tom’s music, his choral compositions. You won’t want to miss this engaging and inspiring day of music making. This year’s festival will feature a special appearance by sounding Light, a chamber choir under Tom’s direction.
