Renovations to the sanctuary began on December 27, 2004.

During the first part of the renovations, the sanctuary was closed and Sunday morning worship services were held in the Christian Life Center and the Runkel Chapel. On May 15, 2005, we returned to the sanctuary for our morning worship services.

We heard the new organ for the first time at Dr. Ritter's retirement on June 19, 2005. Addtional installation and tuning continued through the fall of 2005, after the organ had acclimated to its new environment.

A series of organ dedication concerts were held from the fall of 2005 through the spring of 2006.
