During
this period of our sanctuary renovation
project, we did the following:
- Completed
electrical installations.
- Tested
new dimmer system including establishment of a set number
of lighting "scenes" that can be set by means
of a single number button.
- Visit
by Schoenstein Project Manager to determine readiness for
new organ installation.
- Final
prep and "punch list" completions preparatory
to electronic acoustical test.
- Tested
acoustical electronics system.
- Completed
refinishing the altar.
- Final
prep and "punch list" completions preparatory
to installation of new organ.
- Completed
"punch list" of all the items necessary for obtaining
an occupancy permit for first worship service in renovated
space on 5/15/2005.
- Installed
new chancel side walls. The installation of the walls on
either side of the alter must await completion of the organ
installation.
