Immediately
after the Christmas services, we packed away the hymnals
for safekeeping and began the sanctuary
renovation project. During the first week, we removed
the grills from the organ chambers, removed all the chancel
woodwork, removed the chandeliers for rewiring and relamping,
and began removing pews for refinishing.
