The annual Charge Conference, chaired by our District Superintendent, is held early each December and is preceded by a congregational dinner. This is the closest thing that United Methodists have to an "annual meeting." All interested persons are encouraged to attend. At the Charge Conference, matters which require the approval of the congregation are discussed and our Officiary (the list of members who serve on a variety of ministries and committees) is elected for the following year.
