The Endowment Fund provides financial stability for future generations of our church and funds special programs and projects to benefit our current congregation. A gift to the Endowment Fund to honor a friend or relative on a birthday, anniversary or other occasion provides a permanent tribute to the one being remembered. Contributions received in the form of memorials, bequests, gifts and group efforts are added to the corpus of the fund. The corpus of the Endowment Fund remains intact and grows with each gift. The purpose of the Endowment Fund is to generate funds for use by our congregation, today and in the future, to meet capital needs and to fund programs and projects which are not part of the regular church budget. The Endowment Fund provides financial stability and a legacy for future generations. Funds are provided through gifts, memorials, and bequests. In addition, the proceeds of our past auctions have benefited the Endowment Fund. The principal of the Endowment Fund remains intact, with only a portion of the income distributed each year in support of church activities.

How has the income of the Endowment Fund been used so far?

The Endowment Fund has grown rapidly since it was initiated in 1996. Even with the recent stock market slump, the market value of the fund is currently just under the two million dollar mark. Only interest from the endowment can be used each year. Here are some of the projects and programs which have been provided with financial support from the Endowment Fund.
