Christmas Eve provides very special worship opportunities for church members and guests to come and celebrate the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ. Please note the worship schedule for this very special day.
2:00 p.m.
Traditional sanctuary service including lessons and carols, Holy Communion, a homily by Dr. Jack Harnish, and candle lighting.
4:00 p.m.
An age-appropriate worship service for children younger than five years old and their families.
5:30 p.m.
A family worship time in the Christian Life Center, led by children in first through fifth grades, including the Christmas story in drama. Nursery care provided for children two years and younger.
7:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m.
Traditional services in the sanctuary, featuring beautiful music and a Christmas Eve homily by Dr. Jack Harnish. The Sacrament of Holy Communion is served in the pews at 7:00 PM and at the chancel steps at 11:00 PM. The 11:00 service also features candle lighting. At 7:00 PM, nursery care is available for children younger than kindergarten age.. |
