United Methodist Women (UMW) sponsors the church-wide Rummage Sale (formerly known as Market for Missions). This semi-annual event is the major source of funding for UMW's numerous local, national, and international mission projects.
Rummage Sale schedule:
Drop off rummage at the church during the week of Rummage Sale only:
Sunday: 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
No rummage can be accepted on Wednesday.
What to donate:
Donations may include clothing, household goods, antiques, and jewelry for the sale. Please make certain your donated items are clean and useable. It costs UMW $900 at each rummage sale to DISCARD items we cannot put out to sell.
SORRY...We do not accept textbooks, magazines, furniture with stains/tears, large kitchen appliances, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, non-working electrical items, mattresses, air conditioners, free standing basketball hoops, cabinet TV's, any type of computer equipment or typewriters (electric/non-electric), tires, pianos, organs, baby items: cribs, strollers, high chairs, bouncy seats, baby gates, car seats, pac'n play, etc.
Antiques and special items are gratefully accepted for the "Best of Show."
