Welcoming Community One of our mottos is All Are Welcome and we will do everything we can to make your time with us both comfortable and meaningful. We'll make sure that there is a smiling face to greet you when you walk in the door, someone who will gladly answer any questions and get you pointed in the right direction. Please wear what makes you comfortable. We'll just be glad to see you.
Dynamic and Creative Worship At Sunday Night Alive we strive to provide a worship experience that is both upbeat and uplifting. We use various forms of the arts (drama, video, dance, and visual arts) to help explore the night's themes in imaginative ways.
Great Music The music at Sunday Night Alive, lead by our Praise Team, encompasses many different styles, ranging from folk and blue grass to soft rock and alternative. We offer opportunities during each service to sing songs by contemporary Christian artists as well as great traditional hymns.
Practical and Challenging Messages The messages at Sunday Night Alive strive to connect the issue of faith with the issue of life. It is our hope that we leave each with something to think about. What you learn on Sunday, you will be able to use on Monday. Upcoming sermon topics, as well as audio and text for past sermons, are available.
Family Friendly Services Sunday Night Alive has a special love for children. We mean it when we say "Noisy Children Welcome!" It is not unusual to have kids dancing during the singing and participating in the service as candle lighters or communion servers. Children are part of worship each Sunday, gathering for the weekly Children's Moments. From there they go to our awesome kid's program Kid's Alive, a place of learning, friendship and discovery. Nursery is provided each week for the youngest children. Sunday Night Alive is also a great place to worship with your teenager. The early evening start time, the casual dress, the creative use of technology, and the culturally relevant messages all seem to resonate with teens.
Great Fellowship After each service, many individuals and families stick around to meet to new people, talk about the night's worship, and simply enjoy each other's company. We offer a home-cooked meal (complete with salad and dessert) each week during the school year (September through May) at very affordable prices ($3/person or $10/family.) We hope you will make plans to stay after the service and enjoy the fellowship.
