There are many tasks undertaken by volunteers from our church in support of the South Oakland Shelter (SOS). The Missions Ministry work area undertook several of them in August 2003. Mary Pickett and Julie Eggleston purchased new towels and wash cloths for the participants. Later in the week, a group of five members of the Missions Ministry washed the laundry generated by the SOS group during their week's stay at our church. The following photos were taken at the Laundromat at the end of the week. The participants are Barbara Graham, Barb Pobst, Lynda Butler, Doug Reinhard, and Julie Eggleston.
