Walking Clinic for Anyone and Everyone!
Molly Baran, our Cardio and Pilates instructor, in partnership with the clc is offering another 12-week walking program. She will teach you how to get more out of your walk. Molly will be here during the clinics to inspire, teach and motivate you to better health.
Clinic dates and times: September 20th and October 4th at 9:30 a.m.
Fall in Step:
Walking Challenge begins September 18th through December 9th.
With a theme of walking to your favorite school, participants will select the college or university of choice. Walk or take a class in the clc and earn credits for your school. If you participate in the CROP WALK you will receive extra credit. If you sign a friend up for the challenge you can earn extra points too. All walking visits and exercise classes count toward your progress. At the end of the 12-week period, prizes such as free classes for the new year, CLC clothing, and water will be awarded.
