Please sign in at the desk each time you visit. Everyone using the CLC will be expected to follow the simple CLC rules. Use of some areas of the CLC may be restricted to certain age groups and supervisory requirements. Please read the signs posted at the desk each time you use the CLC.

Adults who are not members of the church will need to fill out a guest registration form when they sign in.

High school students must have both a Medical Treatment Form and a signed Rules of the Center form on file so that they can use the CLC unaccompanied.

Middle school youth must be accompanied by an adult (with one adult for every ten students) or be a participant in an FUMC program to use the CLC. They must also have a Youth Information Card and a signed Rules of the Center form on file.

The PIT is specially designed for middle school and high school age students.

Children fifth grade and younger must be under direct adult supervision while in the CLC.
