Pilates

In addition to our aerobics and yoga classes, we also offer a Pilates class in our Christian Life Center. The schedule for these classes is found in the Christian Life Center Schedule. For further information, contact the Christian Life Center.

These classes are open to both men and women. They run year round, and drop-in attendance is encouraged. Dress comfortably for the class.

Mat Pilates

Improve posture; increase flexibility, body awareness and balance. By using Pilates you will develop strong core muscles. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Mats are available to purchase from the instructor. First class free!
