Greeting is the kind of receiving of guests that has come down through the ages when strangers were accepted and entertained in people's homes. Today we hope to establish this hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere here at First Church. If you would like to be a greeter, we would love to include you in our ministry each week. During the first two Sundays of each month, the Hospitality Ministry recruits such people for service in the following month. We are always in need of people to greet at the different locations before services and at the Welcome Center after each service. Pick a date and time at the Hospitality Ministry's Greeter Sign-up table. On the Sunday morning you are greeting, simply bring your best smile and handshake. It is said that the best way to hug a heart is to hold a hand. The same goes for a handshake and a smile!
